unable to leave,
free
unable to go,
not alone
yet so lonely,
afraid
of not being brave enough,
happy
only in amnesia,
hopeful
out of fear of hopelessness,
angry
at not being able to get past myself,
forever on the brink
of losing hope,
and daring not enough
to do even that.
